The movies of Star Wars are full of creative aliens. However, not all of them are impressive, fascinating, or intimidating. The following 5 can sometimes make it hard not to just burst out laughing.
How was the list created? Star Wars is a franchise that is home to countless alien species. Some of them have really cool designs and abilities. Sometimes they even support the hero team, just think of the hairy Chewbacca or Yoda, who almost didn’t exist.
Others fight against the good guys and appear intimidating – like Darth Maul, who belongs to the species of the Zabraks. However, for our list, we have looked at aliens that simply seem ridiculous despite their good or evil intentions. This can be due to their appearance or their behavior.

Ewoks
The small, cute plush bears are famously infamous. They live on the forest moon of Endor and suddenly become part of the rebellion against the Empire in Episode 6. The fact that this endeavor succeeds and the rebels win is nearly a miracle.
Ewoks, represented as a whole species on this list, look quite clumsy. They waddle uncertainly through the forest, are as small as they are awkward, and somewhat resemble panda bears. While they wave their weapons threateningly, they cannot really be taken seriously.
One would prefer to pick up an Ewok and hug it. They seem like toys and might be perfect as merchandise for the brand owner Disney – but as tools against the Empire’s stormtroopers, they shouldn’t really be of much help.
