Season 7 is coming to an end in Fortnite and opening the gates for the new Season 8 in Chapter 2. We at MeinMMO will show you which things you definitely should get done before the new Season 8.
Coming up: On September 12, 2021, the new Season 8 will start with a live event. Until then, you have time to complete all tasks and challenges regarding the old Season 7 to collect all the new items that need to be unlocked.
Finish the Battle Pass
The Battle Pass goes up to level 100. The rewards can no longer be unlocked as usual through leveling up, but by earning Battle Pass stars. With these stars, you can then choose the rewards as you wish.
After you reach level 100 in the Battle Pass, there is an extra page of rewards. On this page, you unlock additional versions of the skins that were available to earn in the Battle Pass. To unlock each reward, you need to reach level 200.
How do I get these stars? You unlock them by reaching each level in the Battle Pass. You receive 5 stars per level.
How do I level up quickly? You can level up quickly through epic quests. These are plentiful towards the end of the season, and you should be able to get your required XPs quickly.
Finish crafting and unlocking Kymera
What is a Kymera? This is an alien skin. This skin was available in the Battle Pass at the first level. It offers not only a cool look but also plenty of options. From a full beard to chrome eyes, everything is included.
How do I unlock its styles? You only need alien artifacts for that. These artifacts can be found scattered throughout the Fortnite map. We have embedded a video with the locations for you.
But that’s not all; you can also get alien artifacts with a bit of luck from cosmic chests.
Unlock Superman’s quests and styles
The secret skin of Season 7 is Superman, also known as Clark Kent, and with him come challenges to unlock his items and styles.
How do I get him? First, you need to unlock Clark Kent. We at MeinMMO will list all the tasks for Superman here so that you can save time and not search unnecessarily.

- Glide as Clark Kent through rings (5x) – Reward: Back bling “Daily Planet”
- Use a phone booth as Clark Kent (1x) – Reward: Integrated emote “Secret Identity” (transforms Clark Kent into Superman)
- Complete epic tasks (63 pieces) – Reward: Glider “Kal-El’s Cape”
- Complete epic tasks (68 pieces) – Reward: Superman Banner
- Complete epic tasks (73 pieces) – Reward: Loading screen “Krypton’s Last Son”
- Complete epic tasks (78 pieces) – Reward: Pickaxe “Splitter of Solitude”
- Complete epic tasks (84 pieces) – Reward: Style “Clark Kent (Shadow)” for the skin “Clark Kent”
New Event – Become Loot Friends
What is this event about? Your task is to complete matches with friends to unlock free items for you. More information can be found on Epic Games.
What do I have to do? All you need to do is log in on the Epic Games page with your credentials. This way, you register for this event and can start playing with your friends immediately.
How do I earn points? For each point, you need to spend 10 minutes in a round of Battle Royale. You get 1 point for that. However, there’s also a method to shorten all this. You can enter a time during which you receive a boost in points for every round you play with your friends.
