Streamer QTCinederella is hosting “The Streamer Awards” for the fourth time on December 7, 2024. And once again, everyone is complaining about not being nominated. While fans make up wild stories about what sort of cheating is happening, QTCinderella is increasingly annoyed. Even her own boyfriend and partner, Ludwig Ahgren, complains about the nominations and feels her irritated wrath.
How are the awards given? Awards are given for streamers in 27 categories.
First, 4 candidates are sought for each category. For a week, viewers can nominate streamers. A candidate is nominated by a panel of people involved in gaming: streamers, journalists, owners of e-sport organizations, and organizers.
The nominees are put to a vote, and the viewers decide 70%. The jury has a 30% say.
The awards are then given out during an award show.

That’s their problem: Every year, people who were not nominated complain that something must be wrong. Surely something is being manipulated, otherwise they would be nominated because they are so great.
A common accusation is that the entire award presentation is just a way for QTCinderella to hand out awards to her personal friends and make herself popular.
This year, streamer xQc complained that he wasn’t nominated for any category. He grumbled: One must apparently beg for donations and subs to be nominated, and run advertisements.
QTCinderella is known for the podcast “Wine about it” with Maya Higa, where they drink wine and talk, often gossiping. We have a highlight from the podcast for you here (via tiktok).
“I’m the face of LoL!”
What does that have to do with Ludwig? QTCinderella is in a relationship with Ludwig Ahgren, a major YouTube streamer.
But Ludwig has a trauma: Since a terrible appearance at an event for League of Legends in 2022, everyone knows how terrible a LoL player Ludwig is, and he gets teased for it. Leading the charge of critics is the LoL rage-monster Tyler1, who pretends to absolutely hate Ludwig.
Ludwig has since made a self-ironic joke out of it. He often flirts with how much he suffers from Tyler1’s rejection. Actually, he is supposed to be his best friend.
Now, when he sees who is nominated for “The Streamer Awards” as the MOBA streamer of the year, he is annoyed that his name is missing from the list. He is the “face of LoL” – he has brought so many people to LoL. While he may only be a bronze player, he still deserves an award among the LoL and DOTA-2 heroes. There should be a fifth spot prepared for him.
QTCinderella is annoyed by the many insinuations
This is how QTCinderella reacts: Ludwig quickly gets the annoyed QTCinderella on the phone. After a whispered “I love you,” Ludwig then asks: There seems to be a little issue with the MOBA streamer of the year.
QTCinderella sighs tiredly: Oh dear – not you too? Then she shouts: “Post it on Twitter, buddy. Like the rest of the people!”
Ludwig grumbles: “Feels like a stolen election.”
And QTCinderella lets out her frustration: “Yes, I’ve heard! I’ve heard it all. QT picked all the nominees herself, but QT also forgot to nominate her own silly boyfriend, what a dumb bitch!”
QTCinderella corrects annoying fans on Twitter
This is her statement: On Twitter , her frustration is made official. The awards presentation should be about uniting the community and radiating positivity, she posts. It’s not about things like “They are going to lose” and “They don’t deserve the nomination.”
QTCinderella explains irritatedly: If it were only about handing out awards to her friends, she would just invite them over for Christmas and not spend months of her life organizing an award show.
The nominated streamers are all happy with the nominations; they either feel excited and even overwhelmed by the honor. People are fighting battles here on behalf of streamers that no one asked for and no one wants.
And one more thing the 30-year-old adds:
“Holy shit. Some of you are just making stuff up!”
In any case, QTCinderella says she is taking a week off from Twitter now. She seems to be fed up. She can spend time with the “face of LoL,” but hopefully with the right one.
QTCinderella’s life is partly defined by her famous boyfriend. She finds it hard to emancipate herself from him in public, and when Ludwig was having his big hype on Twitch, she suffered along: Twitch streamer works hard, is more successful than ever – but she is dead sad and completely exhausted
