Inventors from China are currently making waves on YouTube with an impressive gaming setup. Three fans of World of Tanks have gone to the trouble of simulating the operation of a real tank in their studio. With the level of detail and effort, the German influencer HandOfBlood has also commented.
What does the gaming setup look like? The setup essentially consists of three areas designed to mimic the inner workings of a real tank:
- One player is responsible for the movement and steering of the tank
- One player aims the cannon and fires the shots
- One player handles the reloading of ammunition

How does the setup of the replica tank work? The control of the tank is handled by the player on the right. He controls the tank with a steering wheel. Whether he moves the tank with a foot pedal is not discernible in the video.
The player in the middle is responsible for reloading the cannon. In a device modeled after a cannon barrel, ammunition is consumed with each shot fired. The replenishable ammunition is represented by plastic bottles. As a special highlight, each shot results in smoke coming from the barrel.
The third player on the far left is responsible for aiming and firing. There are two rotating structures available for this purpose. One is for tilting the cannon left and right, while the other determines the launch angle (up or down). The shot is fired by pressing a large red button.
Also included in the complete setup is a pair of binoculars, which allows the guys to target distant areas as well.
HandOfBlood admits defeat, finds it just brilliant
The influencer and streamer Max Knabe, known as HandOfBlood, has made a name for himself in the past with elaborate productions. For one game, he even recorded footage as Gollum.

What does HandOfBlood say about the gaming setup? The clip begins with a tribute to the performance of the guys from China. He rates the gaming setup as “over the top” and claims he “cannot hold a candle to” the three inventors.
HandOfBlood is in awe at the sight of the setup. He literally drops his jaw when he observes the operation of the gaming tank. What he sees is simply brilliant.
Afterward, HandOfBlood refers to his own attempt to build a moving tank. The influencer connected the cannon with a mouse tracker in his replica so that the actions in the tank could also be transmitted to the monitor.
