The well-known Twitch streamer Antonia “Reved” Staab (23) is taking several weeks off to investigate and treat her persistent headaches. In a statement, she explains how difficult it is to balance her private life and streaming activities.

Doctor visits are neglected while streaming
What ailments does Reved have? During a night round at the campfire in Sweden, where she answered questions from her viewers, Reved revealed that she regularly suffers from headaches.
She admits that it is hard for her to lead a normal private life away from streams. Even birthdays or celebrations often take a backseat. She has also neglected doctor appointments during her regular streaming hours so far.
Reved critically notes: “You can see it with all the other streamers too, that they all do it. That’s just the standard somehow. A Hugo or a Kevin don’t go to the doctor either and check their health. It’s a bad situation, we don’t need to talk about that.”
The headaches have troubled Reved for about three years. In an Instagram story, she reveals: “Most days don’t go by without my best friend Paracetamol.” But now she has a different attitude towards the issue. The streamer tells that her mother encouraged her to take care of her health.
“You know, I’ve actually explored all the options for why one might have headaches,” she explains in the same Instagram story. “Everything you think could be examined when you have headaches, I’ve had examined over the past few years. Now I’m at a point where it’s really super important to tackle this.”
At least 12 different doctor appointments await her
What’s next? In order to finally find a solution for her persistent headaches, Reved plans a several-week break. Therefore, the streamer living in Madeira is going back to her hometown.
In Germany, she has already scheduled 12 different doctor appointments to address the problem. Health is now her top priority and she wants to take the necessary time to obtain a diagnosis and begin appropriate treatment.
Reved’s decision to focus on her health is received with support and understanding from her community. The streamer hopes that through this break she will find a solution for her headaches and return stronger.
