Blade & Soul
The developers haven’t really talked openly about it yet, but a phone conference between NC Soft and investors last summer revealed that a console version of Blade & Soul is in development. However, the release is only planned for the coming year. We will likely learn more details in 2018.
Particularly the martial arts combat of Blade & Soul would work very well on PS4 and Xbox One. In addition, fans can expect an MMORPG that can offer a wealth of content. You can expect a magical Asian world where you face many challenges, including exciting quests as well as exploring a vast, open game world and tactical battles against challenging enemies.
A small catch: No one really knows yet which consoles Blade & Soul is planned for. So far, they have only generally spoken of a “console version” – we assume that PS4 and Xbox One are meant.
During the phone conference, NC Soft also stated that all upcoming PC MMORPGs should also run on consoles. This likely refers to the new action MMORPG Project TL, which is meant to be designed for controllers from the outset.
So, owners of an Xbox One and a PS4 can look forward to plenty of new content.
