Two boys have teamed up to create a new, own RPG in Valheim. However, it was never really meant to be taken seriously.
How did it come about? The two YouTubers ninebyte and Dhakhar set out to create a completely new game in Valheim, and they succeeded. For quite some time, the two had the idea of building their own adventure map in Valheim, but they lacked inspiration for the project. It was more of a crazy idea than a serious undertaking.
One day, the YouTuber ninebyte received the request to become part of a team that builds an RPG for Valheim. Some modders were working on a large mod pack that was supposed to bring quests, classes, and other RPG elements to Valheim.
ninebyte and Dhakhar were to design the game and build the map for it. So a crazy idea became reality, and the two really got to work implementing their idea.

A full-fledged RPG is being created
How far have the two come? The two have worked over 1,000 hours on the map and the features of the RPG. With the help of mods, their own systems for the RPG were added, and there are also classes in the game. The boys built a map with 30 interesting locations and 5 large cities that can be explored and quested through.
The quests can be found with NPCs and can be tracked through the compendium. There are a total of 12 different classes in the game and new boss fights that differ from the normal Valheim bosses.
All items from Valheim can be earned through quest rewards. This way, the character also receives equipment and new weapons to be prepared for the boss fights.
The game has now matured quite a bit, and in a new video, the map of the game built by the two friends looks quite finished.
How can one play it? There are several options for playing the RPG. The game can be played as an MMO on a live server. More information on how to access the MMO server can be found on the YouTube channel of Ninebyte, as the server belongs to a Twitch community.
If someone prefers to try the game alone, they can do so as well. A standalone version can be downloaded through the Discord channels of Ninebyte and Dhakhar. There is also a guide available there. In this case, no mods are needed, and you can play in co-op with up to 10 players. Xbox players can also join in.
The regular Valheim updates continue as well. The survival hit showcases what is probably the most dangerous area in the game so far in the new trailer.
