The new MMORPG Bless Unleashed can captivate a lot of people, tens of thousands are still playing regularly. We at MeinMMO have compiled 15 tips for you that can be helpful for getting started in the game.

1. Try different classes
Bless Unleashed gives you five different classes to choose from. They all play very differently: Berserkers fight in melee with axes, mages use various spells to burn or freeze enemies. This way, you can find the right one for you. And that’s exactly what we strongly recommend.
When you select a class, you can play the tutorial with it at maximum level and gain a good first insight into how the class works. Reaching the maximum level in Bless Unleashed takes between 40 and 80 hours. So, if you commit to one character, it will take a while before you catch up with a second.
2. Soul Fires serve as a home in the wilderness
Soul Fires are the campfires that you can find and activate in the world, and you should definitely do this. At the Soul Fires, you can not only resurrect when you have died, but also dismantle items, cook, craft, and exchange your blessings.
But the Soul Fires have another function: they protect you from other players. Within a radius of 15 meters around the fire, you are safe and cannot be attacked by hostile players. You can also use the fires as a safe haven if, for example, you are being chased by a nasty character.
3. A cozy home, happy alone – This is how housing works
If the Soul Fire as a mobile station is not enough for you, you can also buy your own plot of land. You can do this as soon as you reach level 25 and complete the main quest “Old Friends and Allies”. If that is successfully done, you need to talk to the Sorza Knight, who will then grant you your plot and start the side quest “Entering Your Plot”.
From that point on, you can access your plot at any time through the menu when you are not in combat. There you can build buildings to earn more resources and train tamed monsters to use them later as mounts. Among other things, the following buildings await you on your plot:
- Inn
- Orchard
- Underground Mines
- Stables for your animals
- A private house
You unlock new buildings for your plot through the corresponding blueprints, which you can earn as rewards from side quests and reward chests.
4. Experience is not equal to experience
Bless Unleashed distinguishes between level experience and skill experience. Both are earned through different activities, making the whole system a bit cumbersome. Skill experience is important for making your character stronger, as it earns you skill points and allows you to improve and learn new abilities.
You can collect skill experience, for example, through world bosses, but primarily through the so-called regional quests. These quests are not main quests but side quests and daily tasks, which we strongly recommend to you.
With level experience, it’s the opposite. You mainly earn it through the main quests. But when you have reached a high level and have not collected enough skill points along the way, you can quickly find yourself in a situation where you are simply too weak.
The game provides help for this, as you can directly access a tree from the menu that shows you possible combos and displays damage values as well as required skills.
10. Gathering materials brings you health back
What would an MMORPG be if you couldn’t gather resources on the map? Of course, this also works in Bless Unleashed and even provides a bit more than you would expect from other MMORPGs. When you gather resources here, you actually regain some life points.
Moreover, the bonus increases if you collect plants. Trees are exempt from this bonus, but as soon as you harvest some of the plants marked on the map, you will receive a good chunk of HP back. This is particularly practical when you are not in combat and do not want to use healing items.
11. Equipment does not break when it is at enhancement level 0
In Bless Unleashed, you can enhance your weapons and armor to make them stronger, but you also run the risk that the process may fail and destroy or damage your equipment. This is a system that many MMORPGs know, but Bless Unleashed has a little extra for you here.
If a weapon or armor is not yet enhanced or has just reached a new level (for example, from green to blue), you cannot destroy or damage it by enhancing. The process can still fail, but it will not have any further negative effect on your equipment.
12. Emergency exit helps when you are stuck
While exploring, it can happen that you land poorly after a jump or get stuck somewhere for other reasons. If you then have too little money to teleport, the situation seems hopeless.
But Bless Unleashed has built an emergency exit for you. Through the menu, you will find the “Emergency Escape” button. You can press it when you are stuck, and you will then be automatically and free teleported back to the next activated Soul Fire. So, fortunately, there’s no reason to panic.
13. Earn money through crafting
Bless allows you to choose between various professions, and it makes sense to learn these early on. Crafting is a good way to make money from items you don’t need and then convert that money back into items you do need. In addition, trading between players in Bless takes place in the currency of star coins. Besides the daily exchange, you can earn even more of this valuable currency.
However, crafting is also important for you personally because especially in the first few hours of gameplay, you can easily make yourself good equipment if you don’t find or can’t afford it.
In any case, we recommend that you quickly decide on a profession and level it up; it will definitely help you out.
14. Gearscore is not everything
The gearscoreshow in Bless Unleashed how powerful you are – similar to many other MMORPGs. It is often a barrier that you must overcome or an indicator of how good your equipment is. Gearscore serves as an indicator of which opponents you can already take on. But the score is not everything you should pay attention to when assembling your equipment.
Very important are also the effects that are on your equipment pieces. These little hints are often overlooked, but they are extremely important. For example, a green piece of armor may show a defense of only 200. However, its effect grants the item an additional 300 armor.
These effects are not included in the gearscore calculation. A blue piece of armor with a defense of 400 would therefore have a higher gearscore, even though you are getting 100 armor less. So always keep an eye on the effects of your equipment and remember that gearscore doesn’t say everything.
15. Optimize your performance
The combat system of Bless Unleashed is very action-packed, where every second counts. In most cases, you win a battle more through tactics, blocking, dodging, and quick reactions than through sheer damage. To make this work well, you should focus your settings on getting as many frames per second as possible.
Bless looks really beautiful visually, but especially when you have a weaker PC, you should make some compromises on the graphics to achieve a more stable and higher FPS, thus more frames per second. This can and will help you in battle and make many encounters, especially in PvP, easier for you.
Bonus: Make the most of your visuals
One last little bonus tip. With the F7 key, you can hide your user interface on PC. This way, only the game remains on the screen without annoying displays like skills, life points, or map. When you walk through an area where you are sure nothing will kill you, this can create a wonderfully beautiful atmosphere.
Also, for screenshots (F9), this is of course beneficial, as every MMORPG player likes to share their character – and it looks much nicer without the user interface.

5. From level 30, players become a danger
Once you reach level 30 in Bless Unleashed, open-world PvP is automatically activated and cannot easily be turned off. You are thus forced into PvP and should no longer trust every passerby blindly, as they could attack you at any time.
It doesn’t matter whether they are higher or stronger than you. You can also engage in battle against other players from level 30, but your chances of winning are not very fruitful at first.
If you are attentive, you will find the option to deactivate open-world PvP in the settings, but caution is advised here. Because, contrary to what the name suggests, this option does not protect you at all. With the option, you only disable the ability to attack other players. But it does not prevent anyone from attacking you.
This is how you protect yourself: On the one hand, Soul Fires serve as a safe zone, as no one can attack you there. On the other hand, there is a special item in the cash shop of Bless Unleashed that allows you to protect yourself from other players for an hour and level up in peace.
The item costs about €1.50 and is one of the biggest criticisms of Bless Unleashed. After all, users who kill too much will eventually receive a penalty that lowers their stats and makes them easier to attack.
6. The view of the map is worth it
Whenever you wander through the world of Bless Unleashed, it is worth having a look at the map. There, you can discover small chests that you should definitely take with you. Especially in the initial levels, you can find valuable items and sometimes good equipment for yourself in the chests.
You should also keep an eye out when you encounter a world boss. Usually, there are enough teammates to bring the beast down. And it’s worth it, because world bosses also drop precious loot and even give skill experience, so go for the boss.
7. Exchange your gold daily for Star Coins
There are two important currencies in Bless Unleashed: gold and star coins. The more important of the two is definitely the star coins. You get them by exchanging your money with the NPC Olvera in the city of Carzacor. This works with all NPCs with the title “Star Coin Exchange”.
You can exchange your money for the valuable coins up to 5 times a day. Each time you exchange 1,500 gold for 1,000 star coins, so you lose a bit in quantity, which is not too bad. Use your 5 daily exchange attempts whenever possible.
What are star coins for? The important currency has various uses in the game. You can use it to trade with other players or to respawn immediately when you die. Also, most of the teleport points in the game cost a certain sum of star coins. So, make sure to always have enough on hand.
8. Early group formation helps in the search for equipment
Starting from level 5, Bless Unleashed allows you to go through smaller dungeons in groups. You should definitely do this, as group activities are quick and provide you with good equipment right from the start. This way we were already able to gather relatively good equipment for our level by level 7 in each place. We therefore highly recommend this.
In general, leveling in groups in MMORPGs is worthwhile. When you are in a group, the experience you gain increases by 10%. Additionally, you are better prepared for spawning bosses and some of the quests will certainly be easier for you together. Therefore, our tip: early group play is highly beneficial.
9. Memorize your combos
Combos play an important role in Bless Unleashed for combat. Therefore, it is advisable to look at them in advance. You will receive tips during combat showing which skills and clicks you can use next, but you should know how to access the skills you need in that situation.
Furthermore, some of the blessings refer to specific skills within your combos, which is another reason why it is important to know which skills work where and how in your combo.
The game provides help for this, as you can directly access a tree from the menu that shows you possible combos and displays damage values as well as required skills.
