The unknown claims to be successful – and makes a fool of himself in the World of Warcraft community.
Those who play World of Warcraft often encounter strange teammates, where one can sense within seconds that their upbringing was likely not storybook-like.
This was also the case for Redditor stickywickybob, who was whispered to after a short PvP skirmish that he was a terrible player and that he had just fallen out with the second-best Fortnite player in the world.
“You keep working, I’ll make fun of you”
What happened? A friend of stickywickybob, who had just reached level 50 with his character, was repeatedly ganked by a level 110 player. The victim called for help, and Stickywickybob avenged his friend. Afterwards, he received a message from the ganker, who roughly summarized in capital letters:
“You are 100 item levels above me, that’s totally unfair, why don’t you fight me in the rated battleground, but you are just a coward.”
When the ganker was then asked whether it was fair to gank a level 50 player, he replied that it was “just world PvP and every low-level player would gank, but a difference in item level would be unfair.”
It’s also nice that he boasts in the dialogue about not being a kid anymore. After all, he is 14.
Later, Bob received an in-game letter from the mentioned player, in which he claimed:
“Say hello to my Twitch fanbase, I have over 4 million subscribers and viewers lol. I am also the second-best Fortnite player, have played with Ninja and Drake, and you are just an Alliance kid who fights unfairly. Go back to work while I earn millions on Twitch making fun of you, lol.”
This nicely proves once again: Even with (possibly invented) millions of dollars, one can easily make a fool of oneself.
The flip side of the coin: This “very well-known Twitch streamer” now has more attention for a moment than he will probably ever get. How unfortunate for him that his name does not come up. Tough luck.
