On Twitch, hardly anyone is more famous in the German-speaking area than Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris (35). The streamer is a huge fan of GTA and has spent over 650 hours on GTA 5 alone. What he had to say about the long-awaited trailer for GTA 6, you’ll find out here.
What is MontanaBlack’s relationship with GTA? The 35-year-old has been a long-time fan of the series. His favorite is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas from 2004. On Twitch, MontanaBlack has spent over 650 hours on GTA 5 alone.
In 2022, MontanaBlack created a huge hype for GTA 5 on Twitch with his RP appearances before retiring his character “Don Olaf Schaf.” With the first official trailer for GTA 6
In the video where MontanaBlack’s career began, however, it wasn’t about GTA:

What does MontanaBlack say about GTA 6? The trailer is received positively by the streamer. The 35-year-old has a particular weakness for the Miami-inspired Vice City setting and the trailer’s flair: “I like this look, the visuals, […] it’s a great vibe.”
The streamer even feels reminded of a colleague: the mustachioed Dr Disrespect. That’s his vibe, says MontanaBlack.
With his long-standing experience, MontanaBlack knows that graphics in a trailer can differ from the actual visuals in the game; nevertheless, he emphasizes how much he likes what he sees. “If I had to give the trailer a grade from 1 to 10 […], I would give it an 11,” summarizes the streamer.
With the anticipation for the upcoming GTA 6, however, memories are also awakened for the streamer:
Everyone associates GTA with a good time, says the streamer. For him as an “old timer”, those are the older parts. For him, along with the story, the diversity and exploring the map are what define GTA and give the series its special appeal.
For him, however, the best GTA is still San Andreas, raves MontanaBlack. Back then, there was no online mode or anything like that; you simply went to the gym with your character to prevent him from getting “fat”. That was “beautiful”, says the streamer.

Plans for the release – at which he will be 37, as the streamer notes with dread – MontanaBlack already has: First, he wants to steal a car in the game and run people over and beat them up. All of this is supposed to happen in the stream, says MontanaBlack.
His viewers even believe in a spontaneous poll that GTA 6 could be even bigger on Twitch than Fortnite, which just recently set some crazy records. Whether they are right will only be revealed at the earliest in 2025.
As for his Twitch colleague Mcky, however, MontanaBlack has a bitter pill to swallow: He would love to dive into RP as soon as the game appears. However, it could still take a few years until there is an online mode and thus the possibility for role-playing.
The 35-year-old even fears that by then he will already be 40.
