Borderlands 4
What is Borderlands 4? With Borderlands 4, Gearbox Software aims to launch the latest installment of the successful loot shooter series. The predecessors are popular among many fans of the genre. Borderlands 2 is considered one of the best loot shooters of all time.
Borderlands is characterized mainly by its humor and unique characters. However, the build variety and a relatively large selection of weapons were also appreciated by many players in the previous installments.
Similar standards are expected for Borderlands 4, which will again feature the tried-and-true CEL-shading look.
Splitgate 2
What is Splitgate 2? Splitgate 2 is an arena shooter in the style of Halo, where you can create portals. Through these portals, you can travel, look through, or shoot at your opponents.
The predecessor, Splitgate 1, was a surprise hit on Steam in 2019. The portals provided the game with a unique tactical element that set the arena shooter apart from the competition.
However, the success of Splitgate 1 did not last long, and in September 2022, the developers announced that they would no longer work on the shooter (via splitgate.com). Instead, they wanted to focus on a new project, which was likely Splitgate 2.
Call of Duty 2025
What is Call of Duty 2025? Even though Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 was released in October 2024, every shooter player knows that we will also get a new Call of Duty in 2025.
Currently, however, there is still no official information about the next CoD installment. We know neither the title nor the setting. Nevertheless, it is expected to be one of the most important shooter releases of 2025.
