4. Venom (Eddie Brock)
First appearance of the character: The Amazing Spider-Man Nr. 299 (April 1988)
Venom is one of the most well-known villains from the Spider-Man universe, and Eddie Brock is probably his most famous host. Over the years, the slimy villain has developed into an anti-hero who sometimes fights for the world and the innocent.
King in Black Nr. 5 (April 2021) is the finale of the namesake event in which the Marvel heroes have to battle the symbiote god Knull. In the end, Eddie Brock is resurrected with Venom, and in a shocking moment, he grabs Mjölnir from Thor to fight Knull.
Here, however, the definition of worthy
is difficult, as due to his past he should technically not be able to wield the hammer. However, the definition is rather vague anyway.
