Ororo Munroe is one of the most powerful and iconic mutants in the Marvel Universe, making her first appearance in 1975. As her name suggests, she can manipulate the weather and also use magic due to her ancestry.
Some peoples worship her as the Goddess of Thunder. Accordingly, she has also shown that she is worthy
to wield the hammer of the God of Thunder. In episode 7 of season 3 of What If… ?
Storm demonstrates in a What If
-story that she can wield Mjölnir without any issues.
In X-Men Annual Nr. 9 (January 1985), Storm, after losing her powers, received a hammer from Loki that resembles Mjölnir. With Stormcaster, she was able to control thunder again. In several What If
events in the comic universe, she used the hammer.
