7. Norman Reedus – Breakthrough at 41
Norman Reedus was born on January 6, 1969. At a party, he once showcased his skills in a small performance and was immediately approached about his talent.
Afterwards, he tried to get a foot in the industry. However, others snatched roles away from him at auditions, and his small appearances got cut out.

Steve Carell was born in 1962 in Massachusetts. In the late 1990s, Steve Carell worked as a correspondent for the news satire The Daily Show and was already in the public eye. Later, he secured supporting roles in Bruce Almighty and Anchorman.
However, the big breakthrough for Steve Carell came only in 2005 with the film The 40-Year-Old Virgin and the comedy series The Office, in which he played the lead role as the boss Michael Scott.
