Blizzard gives an initial response to all the negative feedback about the lack of German servers for WoW Classic. And some players are not exactly covered in glory.
The discussions surrounding World of Warcraft Classic have recently been dominated by one topic. Blizzard will not offer language-separated servers and therefore no German realms.
Players are venting their dissatisfaction in the German forum and are asking for this decision to be reconsidered. The German community manager has now responded – and a large part of the players is not exactly showing their best side.
What was said? The German community manager Toschayju explained a few hours ago in the German forum that he had collected the feedback from the past days and forwarded it accordingly. This is a continuous process that will continue over the coming days and weeks.
In the end, he emphasizes that he understands how important this topic is to the players and that he will immediately post an update should there be any news.
How are the players reacting? A large part of the players in the forum is extremely dissatisfied with this statement and expresses this in unfriendly comments and posts. Some players, for example, accuse Blizzard of a deliberate “stalling tactic” to keep players’ subscriptions active. Here are a few excerpts:
And 2 days before the release, it says —> Only EU Servers! Crazy how one is being kept waiting here. And remember, always keep the subscription active until 27.08!!!

Do you think we will let ourselves be fobbed off with this?

Incredible. How can one be so tone-deaf toward us?!?
To sum it up: Your engagement brought nothing, but keep it up.

As a link between Blizzard and the community, I would have wished for more transparency. With your answer, you are once again running into open doors with zero informational value.
So thanks for nothing.

There are also friendly voices: However, there are also positive and conciliatory voices who understand that Toschayju is just doing his job and cannot reveal more than he is currently told. These players thank him for his work and are glad that he is actively following the discussion.
For example, Zhergenrot writes:
I am a friendly and empathetic person. I am hoping for the best, and Toscha can’t do anything about it. He is the mouthpiece and has the unpleasant task of conveying such uncomfortable messages.
Or another user who also shows more understanding:
Chill out.
These mills grind slowly, and there is still new feedback. I wasn’t even expecting a response from Tosch before Wednesday, and what will be said was already somewhat clear beforehand. There are still people who are just now realizing what Blizz intends to do, and each of those voices is still important.

What can one do themselves? If you want to do something yourself, you can also give your feedback and opinion in this post. Alternatively, you can also join a Discord community that wants to populate one or more realms predominantly with German-speaking players.
If you wish to participate – please maintain an appropriate tone. On the other side are also just people.
