A mammoth project for Skyrim is gaining momentum. Someone is attempting to recreate the entire World of Warcraft in Skyrim.
World of Warcraft is one of the best MMORPGs that has ever existed. Similarly, Skyrim is one of the best single-player RPGs ever released. But how can these two worlds be combined? The answer is clear: a fan-made mod for Skyrim that imports World of Warcraft into Skyrim.

Project was on hold for a long time: The mod was originally supposed to be developed in 2012. After several years of sporadic progress, the project was put on hold. Now, user Fled1 has picked up the project again and downloaded a new version.
Which areas are available? Basically, the implementation is still in its infancy and only a few areas are available. For example, the forest of Elwynn is included in the game, as well as Westfall and even the dungeon Scholomance – although the final boss is “a bit too hard.” Those who want to try their hand at it should best give it a shot themselves.
How to try the mod: If you own Skyrim and want to explore the recreated WoW world (or the parts of it that currently exist) in the game, you can download the mod on the “Azeroth in Skyrim’s Nexus Mods” page. Please keep in mind that this is an early version (0.2) and only a few areas have been completed. However, it should be sufficient for a first impression of the project.
What do you think of this Skyrim mod? A cool idea and fun concept to connect the two games? Or should Azeroth and Skyrim remain beautifully separated?
Great parts of World of Warcraft have also been recreated in Minecraft!
