The following games await you at Xbox Games with Gold for free in April 2018. This time, the selection ranges from tricky puzzles to adventures in Assassins Creed.
Finally, Microsoft announced which games will be available to subscribers of the Games with Gold service in April 2018. As usual, the four games are split into 2x Xbox One and 2x Xbox 360. Thanks to backward compatibility, the games for 360 can also be played on Xbox One.
Games with Gold April 2018 – Free games for Xbox One and Xbox 360
The following two games are available to you on Xbox One in April 2018:
- The Witness – Available from April 1 to April 30: The Witness is a tricky puzzle game set in a beautifully crafted world. You wake up on a mysterious island with no memories of how you got there. In an open world, you solve over 500 puzzles that lead you to various locations on the island.
- Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate – Available from April 16 to May 15: This installment of the Assassin’s Creed series takes place in London in the year 1868. You play as Jacob Frye and his sister Evi. In the role of the siblings, you strive to bring justice back to the streets of London. To wrest the capital from the Templars, you must build an army.
On the Xbox 360 (and Xbox One), the following two games are available in April 2018:
- Cars 2: The Video Game – Available from April 1 to April 15: In this Disney game, you can take on the role of Mater or Lightning McQueen, who many may already know from the film. In fast races, you can compete with your friends and try to become the fastest car of all.
- Dead Space 2 – Available from April 16 to April 30: Here, you play the sequel to Dead Space and try to win the battle against horror. As Isaac, you wake up on a giant space station called “Sprawl” from a coma and find yourself in an absolute nightmare. Not a game for the faint of heart.
