To complete Huang Jian’e’s quest in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, you need to find the Trinity Bell. We will explain to you where to find it in this guide.
What kind of quest is this? In the Shu Sanctuary, you will meet the NPC Huang Jian ‘e. When you talk to her, you will receive the task of bringing her the Trinity Bell. You cannot find it just anywhere; you need to defeat a boss for that.
You will receive the Trinity Bell after defeating the boss Lu Hongliu. We will explain how to find him in the following section.
Finding Lu Hongliu
Where can you find the boss Lu Hongliu? When you are at the shrine in the Shu Sanctum, simply turn around and head outside through the entrance gate. Walk straight past 2 houses and then turn right across the small chasm to the other side.
Then go left and follow the path straight until you reach a fork in the road with a lot of bamboo. Take the right path and then follow the staircase up through a larger wooden gate. Just be careful: On the way, you will encounter several enemies.
If you follow the staircase, you will reach a larger wooden building. Go inside and take the first fork to the right. There, a larger enemy will greet you with a rolling stone. At the staircase where an enemy stands, go directly to the right onto the roof.
From the roof, you can spot a ladder to the left that will take you to a higher roof. Walk over the rooftops and let yourself fall onto a larger square filled with red jars. In the square, do not walk out of the town to the left, but rather pass by the larger house on the left and follow a longer path.
If you follow the path far enough, you will be able to spot the gate. Go through the black smoke and fight the boss Lu Hongliu. Once you have defeated him, you will receive several items, including the Trinity Bell.
What do I do with the bell? You can use the Trinity Bell to reduce your madness. However, it is not advisable to do so, as you will not be able to complete Huang Jian’e’s quest afterward. It is better to use the holy gifts at altars to reduce madness.
In the Shu Sanctuary, you can give the bell to Huang Jian’e. You will not receive a reward immediately. After some time has passed, however, you can talk to her again and then receive a reward in the form of an emote and a Recovery Pill
