Many things in WoW have been “silently” changed. Some bosses are now “soloable” and there is more reputation for quests! We have all the details.
In every patch of World of Warcraft there are some changes that are not mentioned in the official patch notes. Sometimes these are just minor things that are simply not important enough to be detailed. Occasionally, they are also secrets that should not attract any attention. Now and then, these are also things that have simply been forgotten. We list some of the undocumented changes of patch 7.2.5 here. In the coming days, more details will surely be discovered.
- Honor Badges can now be exchanged with Archmage Lan’dalock for Seal of the Devastated Fate (5, 10, or 20 each)
Easier Solo Bosses
Some bosses from old raids have been changed so that the fights are now easier to handle solo.
- Bloodshadow (Hellfire Citadel) can now be killed solo (he no longer casts Shadow of Death when only one enemy is present).
- Hansgar and Franzok (Blackrock Foundry) can now be defeated solo.
- Fireclaw the Untamed (Blackwing Lair) now casts “Destroy Egg” instantly.
- The Sha of Anger now always spawns in the same place.
Order Hall Loot
- Follower Equipment, which gives an Artifact Power Badge, now does not always grant this in 100% of cases. However, the badge is more powerful.
- Reputation missions in the Order Hall now reward a Great Tribute of the Broken Isles. This increases reputation with a faction by 1500 points (Nightborne and Legion Fall only 750 points).

Some items have been retrofitted to be toys and no longer clog the inventory.
- Furthermore, the Memory Dice now also displays the new cinematics on patch 7.2 if you have seen them once already.
- The vendor for Blood of Sargeras now sells a large box of Order Resources – 4000 Order Resources cost 20 Blood of Sargeras.
Aside from that, there are small changes that can primarily be categorized as “Quality of Life”.
- If you are already working on the Paragon Reward of a faction, the reputation gain will now be displayed by the correct amount upon completing a quest.
- The different Leyline Races no longer teleport the player back to the start point of the mission upon completion.
- The Ultimate Battle Training Stone (Pet Battles) is now stackable.
