It will still take some time until all content of the new expansion of World of Warcraft: The War Within is unlocked. We have compiled all the data from the roadmap for you.
The latest expansion of World of Warcraft is finally live for everyone, and with it, some new content has been unlocked, such as Heroic Dungeons. But there are more contents coming that will be activated in the upcoming days and weeks.
We will let you know when the individual contents of The War Within will be available according to Blizzard’s official roadmap, so you know exactly how to plan your upcoming weeks.
The Roadmap for All Content from WoW: The War Within
New Contents at Release (August 27, 2024 – already active)
- Heroic Dungeons, both manually and in the Group Finder.
- The Honor Vendor for PvP gear.
New Contents from Weekly Reset (August 28, 2024)
- Sparks for crafting (creation of epic items)
- Weekly PvP Quest
- Weekly Quests for Profession Knowledge
- Weekly Quests for the Areas, Depths, and World Soul Memories
- The Scenario “Awakening the Machine”
- World Soul: Spreading the Light
- Reputation Levels with the Leaders of the Severed Threads
Start of Season 1 of The War Within
New Contents from Week 3 (September 11, 2024)
- Season 1 of The War Within has its “Soft Launch”, bringing new content
- The Raid “Palace of the Nerub’ar” opens on “Normal” and “Heroic”
- The 1st Wing of the Raid Browser for the Palace of the Nerub’ar opens
- Dungeons open on Mythic 0
- Heroic, Seasonal Dungeons open
- World Bosses are now active
New Contents from Week 4 (September 18, 2024)
- The Raid “Palace of the Nerub’ar” opens on “Mythic”
- Mythic Keystone Dungeons become available (“Mythic+”)
- The 2nd Wing of the Raid Browser for the Palace of the Nerub’ar opens
New Contents from Week 5 (September 25, 2024)
- The 3rd and final Wing of the Raid Browser will be opened.
What’s next? When more content for The War Within will arrive is still not entirely clear. However, Blizzard is already testing the first patch 11.0.5. So it is expected that it will only take a few weeks before new content will be added and the adventure in Khaz Algar continues. Until then, there is still plenty to do and especially to enjoy, because the story finally feels right back to Warcraft.
