We from Mein MMO have established two communities in World of Warcraft – for the Horde and the Alliance. We will tell you how to join.
With the release of Patch 8.0.1 in World of Warcraft, there are some new social features in Azeroth that make it easier for players to stay in touch with each other, even without sharing a guild.
What are communities? The so-called communities have been introduced in this article. They allow for various interest groups across servers – for example, for farming, mythic dungeons, or casual role-playing evenings.
What can you expect in our communities? With “our” communities in World of Warcraft, we want to give our readers the opportunity to connect with each other in the game as well. This way, you can find group members for dungeons and raids, chat with like-minded gamers in small talk, or exchange the latest tricks for the perfect scam in the auction house.
How can you join the communities? Joining both communities is possible through a code. Enter World of Warcraft with the character that is to join our community, open the “Guilds & Communities” menu, and then the “Join or Create Community” option. You can then paste a code below.

For starters, there is the following channel:
- General: Small talk and general “blah blah” goes into this channel
- Looking for Group: Are you looking for a group for dungeons, raids, or PvP? Here you will surely find like-minded players!
- Questions and Answers: Do you have problems with a quest or a game-specific question? Maybe another community member can help!
In addition to pure writing, the channels can also be used for voice chat if desired.
Respectful interaction is mandatory. Please keep in mind with both communities that it is about friendly interaction and the lively exchange of our readers who want to play or discuss together in the game. Unfriendly behavior, malicious trolling, and open hostilities will not be tolerated there – just as in our comments. In principle, both communities are open to all players, but anyone who behaves unfriendly will be kicked out immediately.
