Slowly but surely, more and more details about the secrets of World of Warcraft: Legion are becoming known. For the Priest, all hidden skins of the artifact weapons have now been found, so we can present to you how to get them.
Shadow – Claw of N’Zoth
Shadow Priests have it particularly easy and unfortunately also particularly unremarkable. They simply have to defeat Il’gynoth in the raid instance “Emerald Nightmare” and then have a chance to receive the new skin. The difficulty of the boss seems to play no role in this.
Holy – Crown of the Lightborn
Holy Priests must first grind a bit to enjoy the “Crown of the Lightborn.” A revered reputation with the Valarjar faction is necessary for this. Only then can one purchase the “Rod of the Ascended” from the armorer. This can be combined with the “Crown of the Lightborn,” which drops from the boss Hyrja in the Halls of Valor—the difficulty is irrelevant for this. However, for the item to drop, a revered reputation with the Valarjar must also be present here.
Discipline – Tip of the Tome Warden
Discipline Priests need to put in a bit more effort for their hidden weapon skin, as they must find a total of 12 issues of “The Annals of Light and Shadow,” which are scattered throughout the game world. But there is another prerequisite: before the collection can begin, an Artifact Research Level of 4 must first be reached. Before that, the books cannot be seen!
Books in Dalaran
- Archivist Inkweaver in the Nethelight temple (Priest Class Hall) gives out a book. Show interest, and at the end of the dialogue, you will receive the first book.
- At Juvess the Twilight Whisperer (your artifact researcher) in the Nethelight temple. The second book lies on a table to her left.
- To the left of Meridelle Lightspark in the Nethelight temple on a bookshelf. This book has a cooldown if another Priest loots it—it might be temporarily unavailable.
- In the Violet Citadel of Dalaran, behind Archivist Elysiana, book number 4 lies on the bookshelf.
Books on the Broken Isles
- Inquisitor Ernstenbok in Stormheim has the fifth book. The rare enemy is located south of “Skold-Ashil” in a cave, where the eyes of an Inquisitor are flying around.
- Constructor Lothaire can be found in Suramar, in the Moon Guard Fortress. He is located on the central “island” in the fortress and drops the 6th book upon his death.
- Chief Bittergaze waits in Azsuna in a half-sunken ship. South of the shattered sanctum, you can find him in the belly of the ship. He drops book number 7.
- The 8th book can be found in the instance “Ravenholdt” after the first boss Amalgam of Souls. In the following map room, the annals are located on the left side on one of the tables.
Books in the Rest of the World
- Number 9 is located in Northrend in Dragonblight in the location New Herdweiler. Enter the church here and go into the second room on the left (ground floor), where the book is located on a bookshelf.
