The final phase of World of Warcraft Legion Remix is live. The item level has been raised and there is plenty of chaos.
Although most players in World of Warcraft are currently immersed in housing, there is another mode: WoW Legion Remix. Today (12/10/2025) marks the fifth and thus final phase of the event. It was not known beforehand what would change – but now we have learned some details and promises: You will become much more powerful.
Higher item level, more XP, and new bosses
Even though not all details are known yet, the following contents and changes have already been revealed in the last hours:
Even higher item level: The previous maximum item level was 740 – across all previous phases of the event. But with the last phase, the limit has been raised. Bosses can now drop “Flawless Time Threads.” Each 10 gives a random item that can exceed the previous limit of 740.
The new item level maximum is 779 – so an additional 39 item levels on top.
In theory, this sounds like little, but it should increase the power of your characters by around 40%.
Even more XP: Even though leveling in Legion Remix already goes extremely quickly, it will be increased further. The “Eternal Research” quests, which can be accepted from Eternus on the island next to Dalaran, now grant an additional buff. “Madness of the Time Walker” increases the XP gained from quests or killing monsters by 3% and is stackable up to 10 times, resulting in a bonus of 30%.
If you still find leveling too slow now, then it’s really hopeless.
New bosses in Legion Remix: Those playing in the coming days will frequently discover icons of infernal beasts on the map or read in chat that such an infernal beast is currently traveling into this timeline. This is a new world boss that drops a significant amount of loot for relatively little effort, including:
- 20x Fragmented Mementos of Era Challenges
- 4x Flawless Time Threads
- Stamina Mementos for the Artifact Weapon
- 1250 Bronze
- ~ 1,000 Eternal Power
You can loot these infernal beasts an unlimited number of times per day, making them perfect for collecting more Eternal Power or Bronze.
The frequency of infernal beast appearances depends on the activity within the respective area. Those playing on a full server should have virtually no pause between spawns, while there might be some delays on empty realms.
Until when does the event last? Those who want to obtain all rewards from WoW Legion Remix should start making some time. The event only lasts a little over a month, until January 13, 2026. After that, the game mode will disappear and (presumably) never return.
This is the perfect time to grab all the rewards you might want. This includes not only mounts and transmog sets but also some exclusive rewards for housing, which cost a lot of Bronze – but you should get them to create such house masterpieces.
