In World of Warcraft: Legion, the park of Stormwind is being rebuilt. This has a significant reason.

Before anyone complains: Warning, this post contains spoilers for the story of Legion. You have been warned.
Since Deathwing proclaimed the Hour of Twilight in World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, half of Azeroth has been in ruins. Especially the capital of the humans, Stormwind, was heavily devastated by the Cataclysm and has struggled to recover since then. In the upcoming expansion Legion, the craftsmen of Stormwind have worked hard to make the park a beautiful place again.
The reason for this is unfortunately of a sad nature (at least for Alliance players), as the grave of Varian Wrynn will be located there. You can see what at least the final resting place of the King of Stormwind looks like in this screenshot from mmo-champion.
Not yet has the new park arrived on the test servers of Legion, but it is only a matter of time.
