In the next patch of World of Warcraft, players will travel back to Uldir. A former raid boss is supposed to help save Azeroth from death.
Patch 8.1.5 of World of Warcraft is regularly updated on the test servers, and more and more new content is being added. Even though this update is just a “small” patch, the story is advanced, and at least a few cutscenes can be seen.
Especially Magni Bronzebeard and the story about the condition of Azeroth is slowly gaining momentum. We will tell you what happens and show you the cutscene.
Magni encounters the MOTHER: The healing of Azeroth is not going particularly well, despite the efforts of the champions of Azeroth. However, the planet is still suffering, which is why Magni is trying to find any possible help.
In doing so, he also thinks of the MOTHER, a boss from the Uldir raid. She is not actually evil but a titanic construct that constantly researches. Magni is trying to utilize this research drive and therefore travels to Uldir.
The MOTHER considers that she cannot conduct research on the healing of Azeroth in Uldir and therefore suggests traveling directly to the Heart Chamber. To do this, she creates a portal and then heads directly to Silithus to assist Magni in his efforts.
Many theories, little concrete: Fans have spun many theories about the course of the story. Some believe that Magni is now gradually seeking out the titanic constructs from all major research sites of the Titans (including Ulduar) and that only together they can help save Azeroth from bleeding out.
The popular theory that Magni himself is corrupted is made less likely by this cutscene. Because MOTHER is able to sense the corruption of the Old Gods and would probably have noticed that immediately when he spoke to her.
