A druid in World of Warcraft loses his favorite shapeshift form. But instead of helping, the support only provides frustrating misinformation.
For a brief moment, the dream of many druids in World of Warcraft came true. They had access to all shapeshift forms – including those that were available through the Mage Tower challenge. Blizzard recognized the mistake and announced that they would take these forms away from the druids. This has now happened, but not without new problems. Because some druids have also lost access to forms they had unlocked. All the more frustrating when you only receive AI responses and false information.
What happened? In the WoW subreddit, the druid player theenigma77 shows his interaction with the World of Warcraft customer service. When his druid form was lost, he wanted to have it restored. After an initial automated response, a Game Master apologized and explained that this was due to the high number of tickets currently in the queue. He wanted further information but would take care of the incident.
So theeenigma77 explained that he was missing the “Moonspirit” form. This is one of the hidden forms that could be unlocked in the Order Hall. It has nothing to do with the “Mage Tower” variants that were taken away from characters.
The response he received afterward was from a different Game Master – content-wise incorrect and not pleasant at all. Because the new Game Master explained that the druid form in question came from the Mage Tower and that the player had not earned it. Therefore, the ticket was subsequently closed.
This is how the community reacts: The player base shows little surprise at the customer support responses. It has long been suspected that many tickets at Blizzard are only handled with AI assistance or by people who do not know the game at all.

However, it should be noted that some other druid players also had this problem, and they received their druid forms back after one or two tickets.
