For frost mages, there is probably no “cooler” mount than Jaina Proudmoore’s great ice elemental. This lovely thing is not only quite large but also quite rare since Jaina could not be farmed efficiently for a long time.
Jaina can now be easily defeated alone, as her “Freeze” mechanic is disabled as long as you are solo in the raid. At level 80, you can easily take down the mage lady from Kul’Tiras for a chance at her elemental.
As a special bonus, on your way to Jaina, you also have the chance to have the G.M.O.D. drop from High Tinker Mekkadrill. This way, you can farm two super rare and exclusive mounts at the same time.
