Over the weekend, St. Nicholas brought a special joy to World of Tanks players: You can now battle with your tanks on Android devices. Furthermore, Update 1.5 offers a new tank line and a new map.
After the free-to-play action MMO has been available for iOS since June of this year, Android users can finally join the fight. According to Wargaming, 10 million tank drivers have already downloaded the iOS version of World of Tanks Blitz, and in the future it will likely be significantly more. Completely regardless of the platform, you can play with all World of Tanks Blitz players.
The British Tank Invasion
As if an Android version wasn’t reason enough to celebrate, Update 1.5 “British Steel” expands your fleet with ten medium British tanks. In addition to vehicles from the USSR, USA, and Germany, Cromwell, Comet, as well as the Centurion tanks and the FV4202 now enrich the garages of players. The crew has also been significantly improved. Currently, you have access to 17 crew skills, including Rage, Tank Breaker, Camouflage, or Deadly Accuracy. The update is rounded off by the new map Malinovka. There, the tracked vehicles embark on a wintry exploration.
