In World of Warcraft flying will also soon be possible on Draenor. Blizzard has now released a small guide that explains the details.
In case of emergencies…
Although the test server was just updated with patch 6.2.2 and indirectly announced a delay of flying in Draenor, players should slowly start preparing for the feature. Unlike in previous expansions, the flying skill cannot simply be purchased; instead, a special meta-achievement must be completed. This way, the developers want to ensure that players have experienced the content “on the ground” before they skip large passages with twinks and perceive the content in a completely different way.
To bridge the waiting time, Blizzard has now released a small guide for all players that explains step by step which missions need to be completed and which areas need to be explored. In addition to the pure ability of flying, there is also an exclusive mount – which will, of course, become less exclusive once all players earn the achievement to take to the skies.
