In World of Warcraft, caution is advised when players use the ultimate dance guide, the Hearthstone strategy guide, or the retraining certificate with their followers. What do these items do and why are they so treacherous?
What do the ultimate dance guide and the Hearthstone strategy guide do?
A small addition to our great follower guide in WoW. In recent days, we have received questions about what the three special follower items are intended for.
“The ultimate dance guide” gives a follower the ability “Dancer” and counteracts danger zones. This allows followers to counter three opposing abilities instead of just one or two.
The “Hearthstone strategy guide” teaches the ability “Hearthstone Pro“, which increases the experience gained by group members by 35%.
But beware: Both items replace a randomly selected trait of the follower with this new trait (these are the “lower” skills among the followers).
Therefore, one should only do this with followers whose traits are not critical. So not with the only blacksmith when one needs them urgently. There is currently no “safety query or warning.”
Both items can be obtained randomly through relatively rare missions. (Pay attention to the name of the dance teacher during the dance mission.)
Certificate rerolls everything except Bodyguard
The third item “retraining certificate for followers” is even more extreme. The certificate rerolls all traits and abilities – except “Bodyguard”. That remains intact and cannot be learned randomly.
Anyone who has gotten into trouble through use and has lost an important trait in their roster: With the tavern at level 2, one follower can be recruited each week, for which one can choose either a trait or an ability.
