From September 28 to 30, 2018, the gaming fair EGX will take place in Berlin. If you want to go, you can win a ticket for the weekend including travel and accommodation, as well as a meet & greet with the crew from MeinMMO, GamePro, and GameStar.
What is the EGX? The EGX is the largest English gaming event, which is coming to Germany for the first time this year. Here you will find console and PC games that you can play months before their release. There will also be board games, tabletops, pen & paper RPGs, and presentations from developers, as well as insights behind the scenes of the gaming industry.
Which games will be there? On site, you will have the opportunity to play the following games before their release without long wait times:
- Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
- Devil May Cry 5
- Kingdom Hearts 3
- Hitman 2
- Resident Evil 2
- Total War Three Kingdoms
- Metro Exodus
- Activision (games to be announced)
- etc.
When and where is the fair? The EGX will take place from September 28 to 30, 2018, in Berlin. The venue is Station-Berlin at Gleisdreick, near Potsdamer Platz.

How to win a trip to Berlin for the EGX
If you want to go to the fair, we have good news: We are raffling off a ticket for Saturday and Sunday of the fair (September 29 and 30) as well as travel by train and a double room in a hotel. Additionally, there will be a meet & greet with the editorial team from GameStar, GamePro, and MeinMMO!

You can’t be there directly? No problem! GameStar, GamePro & MeinMMO will accompany the fair from a glass studio throughout the weekend on their shared livestream channel Monsters & Explosions (MAX) with their own program – so you won’t miss a second of EGX Berlin.
Tickets for the EGX are available at all GameStop stores and on the official website for 20 Euros, and the three-day ticket is available for 40 Euros. Only adult visitors are allowed access.
