WildStar does not give up and promises new patches soon – the raids will be even harder and housing fans are also looking forward to it.
About a month ago, the last major patch for Carbine’s MMORPG WildStar was deployed, which mainly introduced the Matrix system. Here, players can continue to gain strength and unlock new abilities beyond item level and maximum level. The Game Director Chad Moore has now spoken about the near future of WildStar in a blog post and shown what else is in store for players.
On one hand, new levels for the Matrix system are coming, so that characters can become even more powerful.
Furthermore, the “Overwhelming” system will be further expanded. This ensures that dungeons have a scalable difficulty level that players can adjust as they wish. Better yet: the system will be expanded to raids! For those who found the already challenging raids too boring, they can turn up the difficulty even more in the future.
In the forums and on Reddit, people are excited about the announcement of new content, but are also making a bit of fun about it. In exaggerated terms, a new difficulty level is being introduced for “approximately 100 players” – although no one has actual numbers on how many raiders there are.
WildStar: Huge plots coming for housing
Lastly, there is a glimpse of the long-awaited “Communities” feature, which was announced over a year ago. This creates the possibility for multiple players to connect their housing plots and thus form new “huge plots” that many owners can work on at the same time. This further loosens the restrictions and removes the limits of creativity.
There is still no specific date for the mentioned features. The statement is clear: WildStar does not give up and continues on – as long as it can.
