The Western MMO Wild West Online starts today, on September 22, in the second technical alpha. In this, besides server stability, new missions, HUDs, and better maps are to be tested.
Last week, you could play the controversial Western MMO Wild West Online in the first technical alpha. There was a lot of criticism of the game and some demanded their money back, according to Reddit.
You might think: The developers need time to process all this. But that is not the case.
Despite all the criticism, this weekend you can again rob other players in the Wild West, ride around the area, or shoot down bandits.
New Alpha with More Content and Improvements
The second alpha will still show an unfinished game. But compared to the first alpha, the developers have improved a few things. Among other things, the following has been changed:
- There are now missions that mainly act as tutorials
- There is a new HUD graphic
- Maps have been revised and now show discovery quests
- Over 50 bugs that caused the game to crash have been fixed
- When mining resources, you can no longer accidentally hit other players
- The compass now shows the correct distance and direction of your horse
- There are new animations
- There is sheriff vs. bandit gameplay
