What kind of game is this? The Quinfall promises many features that MMO fans have probably dreamed of for a long time. Players should be able to become the owners of taverns and shops and hire other players as workers. PvE fans can look forward to boss fights with up to 50 players.
There is also said to be a dynamic weather and seasonal system that affects the map. There should also be areas that can only be accessed in the right weather conditions.
Furthermore, players can freely build their own houses and place over 100 different decoration objects. But that’s not all: It’s even possible to build your own ship and explore the seas. There, other players and pirates are waiting for you.

How is The Quinfall currently doing? The Quinfall is about to enter its first alpha phase. From January 30, 2024, selected players should be able to participate in a closed beta. After that, there should be an open beta for which a certain amount of money will be charged.
Many players currently accuse the MMORPG of being similar to a scam
like The Day Before. The ambitions are much too high: The approximately 56 employees are not up to the task of a map that is 2,016 km² in size and the over 18 million interactive objects.
Additionally, the development studio is said to be using stock photos, AI support, and store assets. The developers have addressed some of the allegations, confirming parts of them. However, players still feel a lack of transparency.
That’s why I believe The Quinfall will die: The studio’s first game was already a flop. Kayra Online only made it to open beta. The team claimed that a small number of employees was to blame at the time, but I trust it just as little as many other fans do.
After the debacle of The Day Before, I have become more cautious with such promises and believe that The Quinfall will have to stop development this year. Perhaps the MMORPG can still surprise us positively. However, the fact that testers of the closed beta are not even allowed to talk about the game, and that the open beta will cost money, leaves me somewhat skeptical.
Even if The Quinfall turns out to be a great project, many players have alarm bells ringing. It could be that no fanbase ever develops for this title.
