What is Constitution? In Where Winds Meet, characters have many different attributes that can be improved in various ways. Constitution is necessary to equip certain weapons and gear in the game. Therefore, it is important to improve Constitution early on so you can always equip new gear.
Two Ways to Improve Constitution
How can you improve Constitution? The easiest way to improve Constitution is at the outposts in the game. There, you get extra loot as a reward for your very first cleanup action. Some of this loot also includes Constitution points.
It doesn’t matter what difficulty level you complete the outposts on. However, you cannot farm Constitution points from the outposts. For that, method number two is suitable.

What’s next? Once all outposts are completed, there is another way to increase Constitution points. You can also improve your attributes by jogging with the students of the Skywell Sect.
You can often find them near the Sky Pier at the teleportation point “West Sky Pier”. They do their training in their underwear – here’s why.
Simply follow the jogging group and join them by pressing the “F” key. You can’t go completely AFK while doing this. On the left edge of the screen, you have a quest. So, besides jogging two laps, you also need to shout battle cries four times by pressing the “F” key. This can be done once every 30 seconds.
Once you successfully complete your training session, you will receive one point in Constitution. You can repeat this training up to 10 times per day, allowing you to earn 10 points.
