How many players are playing Where Winds Meet? On November 29, 2025, the developers announced on X a fresh status update: 9 million players are said to have played Where Winds Meet in the first 2 weeks after launch.
How many of them use the PlayStation version is unclear. On Steam, more than 200,000 players are still roaming around in the Wuxia world during prime time on weekends (Source: steamdb.info).
The reviews on Steam currently stand at a strong 88 percent positive, with nearly 70,000 players leaving a rating. Particularly high praise is given to the graphics, combat system, scope, the world, and the payment model. Criticism, on the other hand, is directed towards the nested menus, the Gacha system, or the crude localization.
