WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• A button gets too few clicks, or an article gets too few views? You find out what the problem is and help authors do better next time
• You regularly conduct tests in coordination with the entire affiliate team, evaluate the results, and translate them into action recommendations
• You continuously work together with our SEO team on our SEO strategy
• You are significantly involved in creating guidelines and guides and check whether they are used and followed
• You are part of a large team of experts in tech, hardware, affiliate, SEO, and marketing

WHAT WE LOOK FORWARD TO:

• You have experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or online journalism
• Google Analytics, Data Studio, and the Search Console are your playground, and you can track the user journey on our websites with these tools
• Independent working, high initiative & stress resistance, teamwork and flexibility
• German at a native speaker level (spoken and written) and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS or Google Office, especially Excel
