However, Elle Greenaway leaves in the sixth episode and is replaced by Emily Prentiss in the ninth. The best episode has a rating of 8.9 stars, and the season earned an overall rating of 7.96 stars.

The best of all Criminal Minds seasons according to IMDB is Season 4, which aired from 2008 to 2009 with a total of 26 episodes. The average rating is 7.97 stars. The last episode has the highest rating with 8.7 stars. It begins with the resolution of the cliffhanger from the season finale of the previous one: A BAU SUV has exploded, and no one knows who from the team was affected. The end of this season, on the other hand, is a two-episode pursuit of the murderers of over 80 homeless people.
