The coop shooter Warframe received the long-awaited PC update “Chains of Harrow” yesterday, on June 28, featuring the graphics update for Earth and the new Warframe Harrow. Harrow is a ruthless priest who self-flagellates and loves headshots.
Warframe has been around for a few years now and it is high time for a proper graphics update. After a graphic overhaul of the maps on Earth was previously announced, it’s finally here. The graphics update arrived together with the new Warframe Harrow on June 28.
Warframe – Chains of Harrow makes Earth beautiful
The PC version of Warframe is made more beautiful with today’s update Chains of Harrow. At least, if you re-enter the good old Earth, as the now green planet has been thoroughly redesigned. Now the maps on Earth are significantly more magnificent and the foliage of the trees looks better. A video from the developers shows what it looks like before and after the update.
But the more beautiful Earth is not all that “Chains of Harrow” offers for Warframe fans. The highlight of the update is the titular new Warframe Harrow, a futuristic priest and flagellant who self-flagellates and grants absolution to his enemies through headshots.
You can find a detailed article about Harrow’s abilities and skills at the provided link. The developers have also created a nice video about Harrow, which we have embedded here for you. In addition to Harrow, the update also features a new quest, a new pistol called Knell, a scepter named Scourge, a stylish stole for Harrow, and a new enemy.
What do you think of Harrow and the new graphics on Earth? Do you wish for such updates for the other planets in the game as well, and if so, which ones? And will you get Harrow? Let us know in the comments!
