We take a look at what the Void Trader Baro Ki’Teer has to offer starting April 8th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Two weeks have passed again, during which Baro Ki’Teer, a somewhat aloof trader of the online shooter Warframe, had time to hunt for lost treasures in space to offer them to the Tenno. Whether he has found such treasures or is just trying to sell his old goods like at a flea market, read on.

Since Thursday, console Tenno also know that Baro Ki’Teer is always on the hunt for artifacts and lost treasures, but prefers not to get his hands dirty.
After all, such an appearance hardly allows for movement, and the beautiful black nail polish might suffer. Instead, he prefers to direct and look down on us at the end to collect the profit. But where is the little silverfish with the travel pedestal hiding this time?
The ‘When, Where, and What’ of the current offer
When can Baro be encountered?
From April 8, 2016, 7 PM to Sunday, April 10, 2016, 7 PM.
Where can he be found?
- PC: Luranda Relay, Mercury
- PS4: Strata Relay, Earth
- Xbox One: Vesper Relay, Venus
What does he have with him?
Let’s first focus on the offer for PS4 and Xbox One:
For PC players, it has already become a habit that Baro carries more than just 3-4 items, but this is the first time this is the case on consoles.
Basically: Those who don’t know what to do with their Ducats and credits can reward the trader richly during his spring shopping. However, newer players can safely skip the Primed Grineer Malice.
However, one should definitely consider the melee mod Primed Reach. Especially the abilities of the character Wukong benefit when installed on your preferred blade, as it scales the length of his staff. And that refers to his ultimate ability, not what you might think.
With the Prisma Gorgon, Baro offers a weapon for completionists and enthusiasts. However, it is less recommended for slightly more demanding missions, and 600 Ducats is quite a hefty price that the Prisma Gorgon is not necessarily worth.
PC Offer
But what is there for PC players now that Easter was a bit underwhelming? Will one be able to get the Holy Grail of (piercing) mods, or just a cheap imitation crystal skull that hardly anyone wants to buy? Let’s take a look:
For those who missed the Nexus Fell pattern earlier, this is another chance to repaint your four-legged friend.
Newcomers should be told that they can safely ignore the Primed Magazine because the minimal benefit, if one can even speak of it, does not justify the immense effort and wear of fusion cores and credits to max it out.
Voltaic Strike and Electrocution may be very good and sensible mods, but they are also available through the normal Infested Sabotage on Eris.
Then, the Machete Wraith and Prisma Tetra are a bit more worthwhile. However, do not expect too much, as both are also not high-end weapons. Nevertheless, one can tease a few enemies with them.
Don’t forget, console Tenno, to log into Warframe by April 15th, 8 PM to find three weapons in your inbox, which were distributed on the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the online shooter. And if you’re eagerly waiting for the Shadow of the Guilt event, you should know that it starts on April 14th. You will find out what to expect there in detail from us.
