In the military MMO War Thunder , a new patch called “Cold Steel” has been released. It introduces a new map, a new mode, and a lot of aircraft and vehicles.
The first winter map provides a welcome change for the “War Thunder” competitors of World of Tanks. One might almost regret that virtual reality is still in its infancy and we can’t feel the snow on our skin yet. Though such wishes could quickly backfire in a military MMO…
The new patch brought not only the map last week but also 28 new aircraft and vehicles. At War Thunder, we don’t do things by halves.
Additionally, some changes were made to the interface to make it clearer to players what condition the steel around them is in. With “Persistent Confrontation,” the developers have introduced a new game mode that they want to continue to expand.
