The streamer Michael “shroud” Grzesiek (30) is actually a nice guy. But lately, something seems to be off with him. He has become addicted to the MOBA shooter Deadlock on Steam and is apparently neglecting his own game Spectre Divide in the eyes of his fans. Deadlock is driving him crazy, says the shooter expert.
What is wrong with shroud? Shroud is currently in a dilemma:
He has become addicted to the new MOBA shooter Deadlock on Steam and has already logged 103 hours on Twitch in 30 days. For shroud, it’s clear: Deadlock is a great game and will dominate the market.
At the same time, however, his own new game, the shooter Spectre Divide, was released on September 3 on Steam, which he greatly contributed to and has already invested 72 hours into.
For both shooters, shroud is the biggest streamer on Twitch.
“Hey, shroud isn’t even playing his own game”
This is how he is doing right now: A few days ago, shroud logged off angrily after 5 hours in Spectre Divide because he lost a game where he was leading 7-2 initially. To relax, he started playing Deadlock on Steam.
An apparently new viewer just came into his Twitch stream and surprisingly noted: “Hey, shroud isn’t even playing his own damn game.”
This caused shroud to have an outburst that was not at all like him.
Shroud started to laugh out loud during the stream, then apologized and continued more calmly: “I just played it for 5 hours,” then he insulted the user profanely.
However, the streamer apparently got shocked by himself, stood up, and shook it off.
“The game is driving me crazy”
What does he say about Deadlock? Deadlock seems to be consuming shroud from the inside. In a recent stream, he said that the game has changed the way he sees himself and his teammates. It “is driving him crazy”.
For his friends, it’s clear: Shooter god shroud has become “MOBA MIKE”.
Shroud is indeed a versatile player who is often solely referred to as Aimgott
and former CS:GO pro
, but one of his passions also lies in MMORPGs, especially WoW: Shroud is so addicted to WoW Classic that he plays it while skipping Twitch streams.
