In October 2023, a new Total War is set to be released with a setting that the series has never visited before. Total War: Pharaoh takes you to ancient Egypt, and it is in your hands to keep the empire alive.
There is still no fixed release date, and the developers are not showing any gameplay yet. However, it is known that Total War: Pharaoh will be very different from its predecessor Warhammer 3. Because in Pharaoh, there will be neither monsters nor magic.
A purely historical Total War, as many fans have wished for. The 3 factions are already known:
- Egypt
- Canaan
- Hittite Empire
