The German Twitch streamer Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris (36) likes cars, energy drinks, and he enjoys driving fast. Apparently, a bit too fast. Online, there’s a discussion about a scene where MontanaBlack expresses outrage at a Toyota driver who dares to drive on the left lane at only 130 km/h.
What’s going on with MontanaBlack?
- The probably most famous German Twitch streamer MontanaBlack has discovered IRL streams for himself in recent months, no longer streaming from his desk but from the
real life
. This is also because he no longer feels as comfortable and safe in his house, as he explained in April 2024. - For a while, he went on exploration tours by bicycle, met new friends, visited amusement parks and got into trouble when he wanted to take his bike on the train, but that was all still okay.
- Recently, however, MontanaBlack is frequently on the road by car and films himself while doing so, for instance when he goes to events of the Baller League. This is now causing trouble. Because MontanaBlack has financed reaction videos with fast sports cars and he likes to fully exploit their potential.

What kind of clip is causing him trouble? A GTA role player, Justus Henker, who refers to himself as “GTA RP lawyer”; now states on Twitter that he used a clip of MontanaBlack as a reason to file a complaint with the driver’s license authority.

In the clip he shares, you can see MontanaBlack driving in the left lane and getting upset about a Toyota that only drives “130 on the unlimited left.” When he overtakes the Toyota after a short time, he complains: “And again a woman” and accelerates.
Few know that Justus Henker is a lawyer
How is this being discussed? A YouTuber has already addressed and analyzed this: He points out that Justus Henker is a lawyer.
The YouTuber states that MontanaBlack could lose his driver’s license here because he ignores the safe distance to the Toyota. It also becomes apparent when you watch a stream of MontanaBlack that he is constantly driving too fast. When 130 is displayed on the highway, MontanaBlack does not slow down but lets it run out and is still driving at significantly excessive speed for minutes.

Sorry, the complaint is absolutely justified in my eyes. Driving way too aggressively, not keeping distances, not adhering to speed limits, and everything should be tolerated because he is “The one and only Monte”? No, rules apply to him too.
