Last weekend was the grand finale of the Minecraft Twitch project Craft Attack 13. The Twitch streamer Wieland “Rumathra” Welte managed to snatch the dragon egg in Craft Attack 13 and reveals what he plans to do with it.
What kind of item is this? In Minecraft, there are some rare items and/or materials. An item that occurs only once in a Minecraft game and thus has a special value is the dragon egg.
Anyone who completes Minecraft must defeat the Ender Dragon. Once the dragon is history, the dragon egg appears. It is a type of trophy, a proof that the Ender Dragon has been defeated.
In the Minecraft project Craft Attack, the dragon egg is also valuable, and there is a lot of fuss every year about who gets it or how it can be stolen by someone else. The dragon egg, its hiding place, and the potential theft provide extra content among Twitch streamers in Craft Attack.
Rumathra steals the egg and disappears from the game
How did the finale of Craft Attack 13 go? In the finale, the participating Twitch streamers jointly defeated the Ender Dragon. After the monster was defeated, everyone eagerly awaited the appearance of the dragon egg to snatch it up.
Rumathra was the fastest of all and grabbed the dragon egg. But instead of celebrating his victory, the Twitch streamer immediately logged out of the game. Rumathra had proudly explained this plan to his Twitch viewers before the finale.
In BastiGHG’s stream, you can see (source: YouTube) how it went on: BastiGHG called Rumathra directly and asked him insincerely how he was doing. Rumathra replied that he was doing very well and that he would go to the gym soon. Rumathra also mentioned that he had been called at least 5 times by different Twitch colleagues in the last minutes.

What does Rumathra plan now? Rumathra has securely hidden the dragon egg. In a Twitch stream, he showed a tiny glimpse of the hiding place: A small chest containing only the dragon egg. It is located in a bedrock cave; therefore, it is buried deep.
In the upcoming streams, Rumathra intends to provide hints about where the dragon egg is. He planned this offline, that is, outside the stream. The person who interprets all the hints correctly and can thus find the dragon egg is meant to be allowed to keep the valuable item, Rumathra says.
Craft Attack 13 has produced some beautiful and exciting stories and situations so far. Twitch streamers have been very creative in playing Minecraft and providing good entertainment to their viewers.
