The community praised various German Twitch streamers for their exemplary behavior on e-scooters, but now they seem to be more reckless on their new so-called “retirement tour.” As a result, they are facing criticism from the community.
Where did the Twitch streamers show exemplary behavior? During their e-scooter tour, participating Twitch streamers Max “Trymacs” Stemmler, Max Schradin, Paul “Krokoboss,” and Nici Stemmler wore helmets. Although it is not mandatory to wear a helmet when riding e-scooters, it is recommended.
The Twitch streamers used their influence during the tour to set a good example with their helmets, even though they were criticized by a passerby for it.
However, the behavior during their current tour, the “retirement tour,” is completely different.
“Exaggerating so hard”
Twitch streamers are more reckless in their current project: Since August 28, 2025, many well-known Twitch streamers such as Trymacs, MontanaBlack, and Zarbex have been participating. There are a total of 10 participants. There will be other guests involved on and off. The whole event is organized by Max Schradin.
With mobility scooters, the Twitch streamers take on the role of seniors and plan to be on the road for 4 days. In between, there are also various challenges.
But only a few hours after the Twitch streamers set off on their electric mobility scooters for seniors, criticism is already pouring in. Many of the participants seem to be exaggerating a bit. At least that is the opinion among voices in a post on Reddit regarding the issue:
- The posting user CIoudinee writes: “I checked out Schradin’s retirement tour today. They’re going so wild that it breaks. Trymacs and a few others are exaggerating so hard. They constantly overtake on bike lanes and ride side by side on bike and pedestrian paths.”
- sejoki_ wonders: “That Schradin is the voice of reason is something I did not have on my bingo card.”
- Broad_Chain3247 states: “It’s infuriating.”

In another clip (viewable on YouTube), the Twitch streamers attempt to shove each other, creating the potential for an accident.
The user pinoyhb additionally states on Reddit that he did not expect anything different in this configuration of influencers. The community is chaotic and would find such behavior acceptable. At least Max Schradin stands up for the others and plays the voice of reason.
How the retirement tour develops and whether there will be further accidents remains to be seen.
