Twitch streamer Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris (35) wanted to treat himself to a new phone, but instead of the ordered iPhone, there was a drink powder in the package from Amazon.
What is the starting situation? MontanaBlack ordered a new phone on Amazon. According to the streamer, the iPhone was supposed to cost €1,800. When he opened the package with great anticipation, however, it allegedly contained not the highly anticipated mobile phone, but a can of “Meal Replacement Shake” in banana flavor.
On Twitter, MontanaBlack then reached out to Amazon. In a stream, the 35-year-old updated his viewers on the latest developments.
Housekeeper disposes of the package twice
What happened after the post? The streamer doesn’t seem to be in too much of a rush to finally hold his new phone in his hands. Because as MontanaBlack reports, Amazon contacted him after his tweet, but he has not yet responded.
“I need to take care of this,” the 35-year-old states.

What is the problem? MontanaBlack explains that he left the box with the wrong order on his kitchen table. However, his housekeeper Agatha found it there and moved it to the storage room. The streamer took the box out again, placed the shake can inside, and set the whole thing on the stairs.
With this, he wanted to signal that the package was important, the streamer says. However, this message did not get through to the housekeeper, as she disposed of the box again.
Meanwhile, the recyclable paper has also been picked up, which means the chances of returning the shipment in its original box are rather slim.
Whether MontanaBlack will still receive his iPhone remains to be seen. At the moment, he simply has no energy to deal with it, the streamer explains.
