League of Legends has many challenges in itself. A streamer on Twitch has now taken on a special challenge, but he was temporarily banned for it.
Which streamer is it about? The Twitch streamer Bardinette has streamed more than 5,000 hours of LoL. With a crazy strategy where he played the support champion, Bard, on the top lane, he became known in the community.
With this playstyle, he has become a Challenger, the highest rank in League of Legends. Now Bardinette wanted to take on a new challenge, but this one was not as fun and crazy as Toplane Bard.
What special challenge has he set for himself? Bardinette introduced his next challenge in a post on X on August 29, 2025. The Twitch streamer wants to find out how high he can rank up while keeping the initial creep score (CS) value at 0.
The creep score is a value that increases when you kill a minion/creep in League of Legends, which are the NPC units that are on the map with the champions. These so-called last hits increase your gold to buy important items.

Bardinette was banned for this challenge
Why was he banned for his challenge? In League of Legends, the gold that champions receive from various sources is one of the most important gameplay mechanics. Gold is used to buy items that enhance the champion. Simply put: If you have little gold, you are significantly weaker than champions with more gold.
Since Bardinette actively ignores an important gameplay mechanic in this challenge and slows down his team members, his behavior falls under the category of griefing. Griefing describes the intentional sabotage of team members and is a reason for reporting in many online games.
Bardinette posted on September 4, 2025 on X a screenshot showing that he was banned for a day.
Griefing is prohibited in the official LoL Code of Conduct: The official Code of Conduct for League of Legends states under the heading “Behaviors That the Community Rejects” the following: “Intentional feeding, harassment in-game, sabotage.”
As a consequence of violations of these behaviors, League of Legends mentions among other things the suspension of rule breakers: “Temporary or permanent ban from League of Legends or any games from Riot.” (leagueoflegends.com)
Besides Bardinette, another Twitch streamer has also taken on a challenge in League of Legends.
