The Twitch streamer Maximilian “HandOfBlood” Knabe (31) no longer wants to be perceived the way he was before: he is now completely different than he was 3 years ago.
What has been going on with HandOfBlood lately? Things were actually going quite well for the Spandau resident: after announcing he wanted to take a step back on YouTube, he fully committed to Twitch.
However, the mood was dampened when the Twitch streamer “Mahluna” made allegations on X, formerly Twitter:
- She said she had previously been in a “cult-like friend group”.
- Because of a tweet, she was excluded from the friend circle and professionally isolated.
- The “leader” of the group would now appear with exactly the people one was previously not allowed to associate with in the group.
Mahluna’s description seemed to fit HandOfBlood and fellow content creators from Spandau – especially since the 31-year-old had just completed a joint stream with MontanaBlack, whom he had not been on good terms with in the past.
HandOfBlood denied some of these statements, saying: much of it was not accurate. They were not a sect in Spandau. There had been a private dispute between him and Mahluna at that time, which did not “end well”. Now he wanted to clarify things, but away from social media.
Mahluna and HandOfBlood seemed to have settled their apparent differences in a longer private conversation (via X). On February 5, 2024, HandOfBlood spoke about his past.
HandOfBlood wants people to approach him
What does HandOfBlood say? In a conversation with his Twitch colleague Sascha “UnsympathischTV” Hellinger on the 3rd matchday of the Baller League, the streamer says he is “no longer the Hänno he was 3 years ago”. Back then, he explains, he was very isolated in Spandau with his idealism.
He now wants to break these old patterns and convey that people can approach him. The event played a special role for him, as he was for the first time not professionally, as an influencer, on site, but simply to see the event, according to HandOfBlood.
The 31-year-old concludes that he now needs to work through the old image of himself.
You can see HandOfBlood’s brief statement here:
UnsympathischTV expresses respect for the content creator for his attitude, and his viewers seem to see it similarly:
- crmpios: “I really like his development.”
- owl337: “Wow, Hänno is incredibly intelligent, how he is trying to work through things directly. Hope it is meant seriously.”
- Jannis937: “Hänno is such a fckin doer.”
Away from his influencer presence, HandOfBlood is also responsible as a partner for the company he co-founded. What this shift meant for his content on platforms like YouTube and others, he recently revealed in the podcast of the guys from World Wide Wohnzimmer:
