The “Sandbox MMO meets Minecraft” Trove by Trion Worlds is very popular, and all owners of an Xbox One or Playstation 4 can also look forward to a release.
Trion Worlds has now announced that they are working very hard on the versions for Xbox One and PS4 and are sure that this hard work will pay off. Since they seem to be so excited, the team is now throwing a party in the PC version. During this, there will be new invasions, new loot, new mounts, new hubs, and more. The update will also bring some optimizations and balancing adjustments as well as the rare dragon Thallasion, Shaper of the Currents.
The console version is coming! Only when is still not clear
Trion has not yet announced a release date for the console versions of Trove. Presumably, these will be released next year. However, console players can also look forward to eventually being able to play Trove. Then it will be possible to create their own worlds on Xbox One or PS4, modify them, and design them according to their own ideas. Or they can visit the worlds of other players and experience adventures there. In addition, there are also worlds created by the developer studio, where many challenges await.
Trove represents an interesting mix of sandbox MMO and Minecraft. This appeals to many players. The building part, the entire changes to the landscape made possible by voxel graphics, combined with the improvement of one’s own hero, fighting against monsters, exploring different worlds, PVP, and much more, resonates with many players.
Now Trion Worlds just has to announce a release date for the console version of Trove and explain the differences between the versions.
